The Design Process

1. The process begins with an initial consultation to include discussion about color, material and added options. A $35 fee must be paid for this consult, to be credited towards the final purchase price.

2. Jerry Beute Designs will note all details, measurements and discussion about materials to prepare a final price quote. Upon acceptance of final price quote, 30% of the purchase price is due as a deposit. Please note that no work will begin until the deposit has been tendered.

3. Jerry Beute Designs requires 10 day notice prior to installation of other surrounding hardware and/or build-out, such as cabinetry, fireplace inserts, etc., to properly schedule an appointment to build the template for the final product.

4. After cabinetry has been installed and leveling has been completed, Jerry Beute Designs will arrive to create the templates used in creating forms for your custom product. Jerry Beute Designs will also check for proper leveling. Any discrepancies will need to be corrected prior to creation of the product template.

   A second 30% payment of the purchase price is due at this time.

5. At the time of templating, all sinks, faucets, cook tops, and inlay materials must be available. Farmhouse sinks must be installed. Jerry Beute Designs assumes no liability for sink and/or faucet placement. The homeowner, or an authorized agent for the homeowner, must be present at time of templating to ensure proper placement. Verification may be required if Jerry Beute Designs was not previously notified of the use of an agent.

6. Creation of the final product will begin 24-48 hours after approval of the final template. Please note that no up-front money will be returned once the template has been created and raw product has been purchased.

7. Depending on the complexity of the project, prepare for 21-30 days before the final product will be installed. Upon satisfactory installation, the final payment will be due.
